The applied technique
利用高純度甲烷(可由牛糞或垃圾等物產生的沼氣)、加上氫、氮等氣體輔助,在微波爐中以高壓方式,讓甲烷中與鑽石一樣的碳分子不斷累積到鑽石原石上,鑽石就一層層增生,長高長厚
相較於矽晶片,鑽石是比原子更小、更富變化的半導體,一旦可以快速、大量製造大顆粒的鑽石,切成薄片取代矽晶片,將來是可能帶動產業革命,電腦體積會變得更小
